What we keep
Your account email, name and password (stored as a one-way hash), the brands and codes you save, and the details you enter for them, such as phone, WhatsApp, social accounts and address.
When someone scans your code
We count the scan with its time, device type, operating system, browser, language and country or city when the hosting network provides it. We don't store the scanner's IP address with the scan and we don't identify people.
Review assistant
The stars and choices a customer makes are sent to our AI provider only to draft their review text. Private feedback is stored for the business owner, with a contact only if the customer gives one.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep your plan and Stripe customer reference.
Who we share with
Only the services that run QR Crown: hosting, the database, email delivery, Stripe for payments and the AI provider for drafts. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can change or remove your brand details at any time, and ask us to delete your account and its data.
